KENNETH J. RUFFO’S
PROFESSIONAL BIOGRAPHY

To know my story is to know my family so I’ll start with my great grandfather, Carmelo Ruffo. Carmelo left his family in Italy for a better life in early 1900. He traveled to San Francisco, California and Mexico City but landed in San Antonio, Texas in 1906.

He brought his wife and 3 children to the new world and my grandfather, Louis Ruffo, was born shortly after moving to San Antonio. Carmelo was a visionary who did not compromise his principles when he founded the Santa Rosa Macaroni Factory in 1911 and ran it until he passed away in 1956.

NO COMPROMISE ON
PRINCIPLES

Although I never knew my great grandfather because he passed
away before I was born, my grandfather use to tell me stories
about how much I was like him, especially in the way I will not
compromise my principles to make a buck or earn a living; I call
that INTEGRITY. To that end, I am a driven professional who
successfully completed my undergraduate degree in Business
Administration from Texas Tech University in less than 3 years
and co-authored a journal article based on my unpublished
Master’s Thesis as part of my MBA program at St. Mary’s
University in San Antonio.

ABOUT KENNETH

For the last 10 years, I have pursued my career in Residential Real Estate with a tenacious spirit. I act as a
“father figure” who protects his clients from themselves. I do 3 things for my clients every time: I consult. I
negotiate. I oversee the details of the transaction. When I consult with my clients, I ask thought provoking
questions, listen to their answers, form a plan of action to fulfill their needs, wants, and desires, and execute the
plan that yields the highest net proceeds for the sellers and the best terms for the buyers when we negotiate.
There are over 200 complex emails, phone calls, and text message that arise during the course of every transaction
so it’s important to you and in your best interest to work with an experienced leader like myself to guide you
through the maze and oversee the details of your transaction so you can land safely in your new home. My most
rewarding accomplishment is helping veterans and military professionals along with neighborhood heroes (Police,
Fire, EMS, Doctors, Nurses, Educators), and active adults achieve their dream of home ownership.

STRATEGIC ALLIANCES

Our strategic alliances and mutual spheres of influence built our companies with solid foundations. Our uniformed focus is to deliver stellar performance to our clients.

RELAX AND ENJOY

Over the last few years, I have developed a philosophy of Relax and Enjoy primarily because selling or buying a home is one of the most stressful times in a persons’ life. One of my mentors, Joe Stumpf, has broken this down into 88 Types of Turbulence. When turbulence exists, you need an experienced leader who has been through the battlefield and emerged victorious Every Single Time.

BRINGING YOU HOME

The best example I can provide is taking a trip on an airplane. As your Pilot, I’ll do my best to steer clear of the trouble ahead so you, my passengers, will have a seamless transition from where you are to where you choose to be, which is arriving safely at your new home. That’s what Bringing You Home is all about!
